Information for prospective members

About

Ocoee Mountain Club, nested in the foothills of The Great Smokey Mountains, is a small community in Polk Country TN. We are on the edge of the Cherokee National Forrest, less than 10 miles from beautiful Lake Ocoee. The Ocoee River, for which our community is named, hosted the 1996 Olympic Games for white water rafting and offers world class rapids and rafting trips. We are around 20 miles outside of Cleveland TN, and about 30 outside of Chattanooga. Please come check out what we offer today!

Fees

Our HOA fees are $350 annually, plus an annual $100 fee for lots with no homes for maintaining their lawn between the tree line and road. These fees mostly go toward road maintenance as the roads within the community are owned by HOA. We also offer free rentals of our clubhouse for our members, and have plans to build a multipurpose court and other amenities in the near future.
